What is your job? I am responsible for looking after clients? IT needs, particularly end-user support.

What is your favourite part of the job? Solving problems for customers is the best part of my job. There is a certain satisfaction garnered from helping someone and seeing them smile when everything works.

What is your least favourite part of the job? My least favourite part of my job is the time constraints. Many times people expect their IT problem to be solved right away and this is not always possible; some problems can have multiple issues and troubleshooting can take time.

What is your most interesting experience at work? When users call me insisting their computer is broken beyond repair and when I show up the monitor is not turned on!

What would you be doing otherwise? I would love to own my own business. Of course, being a professional athlete wouldn't hurt either.
