THE cover price of the <I>Mid-Ocean News</I> rises by ten cents to 90 cents today.The increase is due to rising costs, especially in the price of newsprint and electricity, general manager Keith Jensen said.The price of <I>The Royal Gazette</I> will increase by the same amount tomorrow.
