Great, Shamrock Tuxedo and Powerbabe, will all be on the track on Sunday when

Presently things are very close with a lot depending on Sunday's races as Powerbabe moves up to the free-for-all.

Grand Marshall has one more race day to try to iron out the problems he has been having, however, he has had terrible luck in the draws lately. If he is lucky enough to pull the rail it may be a different outcome.

Shamrock Tuxedo will be going all out to improve on his track record, although at 1:07, as it stands now, it will be hard to beat and he is more or less assured of becoming the top pony and top stallion for the season.

Trotacre "Abby'' Lass, who was the two-year-old stakes winner on Boxing day, has had a brilliant year. Out of 16 races she has won 14. With this kind of record she probably would have walked away with top points had she raced all season.

The top mare award looks like going to Powerbabe, who clocked up a time of 1:10 last race day. Her only competition will come from Abbe Dabbe Doo who has the potential but is in a slower bar and it would be harder to get this kind of speed without being pushed by faster ponies.

The trophies for all the racing categories will be presented at the prize giving dinner on April 9. Tickets are available from committee members.

SNOOKER SNO Unseeded Steve Bremar shocked defending champion Steve Dunleavy 2-0 to move into the semifinals of this year's Four Star Pizza Singles Open.

Both finals will be played at Old Colony Club. The doubles will be at 7.30 p.m. on April 9 and the singles at 7.30 p.m. on April 16.
