Tourism director Mr. Gary Phillips, manager of public relations Mr. Charles Webbe, and director of sales Mr. Paul Zar were also on hand.

APPEAL FOR WITNESSES AC Appeal for witnesses Police are appealing for witnesses of a two-vehicle road accident which occurred yesterday to come forward.

The accident occurred around 12.30 a.m. on Middle Road in Southampton, near the Lightbourne hardware store.

Police said a motorcycle rider was travelling east. As the rider passed a line of stationary traffic, a Fiat Uno car pulled out and collided with the motorcycle.

The car driver reportedly assisted the rider. But they did not exchange details about who they were.
