BTTA president Mansfield Smith said it was vital to have a quorum in order that matters pertaining to the start of the new season could be finalised.
The season is due to get underway on October 14 with play in both the First and Second Divisions.
Teams are also reminded that the deadline for registration is today. Anybody requiring further information can contact Smith at 297-0518.
