January 23, 2012Dear Sir,Considering that much of the gun violence has been done by people wearing dark visors, there ought to be a ban against them. Yes, this may inconvenience those who have them and are not involved with that sort of activity but blame that on the ones that do. Also, super-dark tinted windows should be an automatic no-no.I support the cell phone ban but Dr also Froncioni is right. Taxi drivers, strangely get away with it and I was told some cops get away with it as well. Taxis ought to have special gizmos so that cellphones aren’t used (something like a speakerphone installed in the car). This way, they’re hands-free.Also, with so many cars parking in Bermuda these days, why would a person in a car with the engine running park on a yellow line when there are bus laybys they could easily use? I always thought parking on a yellow was illegal (and they still insist on parking there just to make a phone call or text someone?).BAN DARK VISOR HELMETSDevonshire
