Students at Prospect Primary will enjoy a long weekend after the school was closed today because of plumbing problems.

As work began to repair the problems, pupils were sent home after school administrators contacted parents.

The Ministry of Public Works is hoping to have the issues resolved in time for the school to reopen on Monday.
