It appears that the victim was with a group of other young people in the Victoria Street parking lot.

An altercation ensued after one of the other youths pushed the victim. His attacker pulled out a knife and placed the blade on the victim's neck.

The victim tried to escape but a further struggle took place and made to take off his clothes down to his underwear and shoes.

His attacker continued to threaten the victim who was then told to place both hand around a metal pole.

The victim's hands and feet were taped with edict tape and he was doused with water. However he managed to escape and catch a taxi to a relative's home.

DELIVERY MAN HAS FOOD TAKEN CRM Delivery man has food taken A restaurant delivery man was robbed of his customer's take-out order on Wednesday night when he was surrounded by a group of young persons who took the food from his cycle when he stopped to get directions.

The delivery man had stopped outside the Powell's Nursery School on Friswell's Road around 9.00 p.m.

At that time he intended to ask one of the youths for directions to the home where the food was due to be delivered.

However the youths surrounded his cycle and one of them removed the food from the rear of the cycle and ran away.

The delivery man told the youths he would be informing the Police and he left the area after they threatened him.
