Hamilton on Sunday because of the Bank of Bermuda Triathlon.

Similarly, Police are warning boats and other marine vessels to be aware that an area of Hamilton Harbour off Albouy's Point will be closed during the swimming portion of the event.

The whole length of Point Pleasant Road will be closed to normal traffic between 4 a.m. until 11 a.m. tomorrow and October 6, 1996.

Between 7.30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Court Street will be closed between Church and Reid Streets and Burnaby Street between Church and Reid Streets and Reid Street between Court and Queen Streets will also be closed.

However vehicles traveling west on Cavendish Road onto Reid Street will be permitted to travel on Reid Street to the junction with Court Street and then travel north on Court Street.

From 7.30 a.m. until 11 a.m. the whole length of Front Street will be closed.

Additionally, King Street between Front and Reid Streets will be closed along with; Court Street between Front and Reid Streets; Parliament Street between Front and Reid Streets; Burnaby Street between Front Street and Reid Streets; Queen Street between Front Street and Reid Streets and Par-La-Ville Road between Front Street and Rosebank Road.

There will be no parking of any vehicles after 7 a.m. on the entire lengths of Point Pleasant Road, Front Street or Reid Street west of Court Street.

Parking is also prohibited on Court Street between Church Street and Front Street as well as on Parliament Street between Reid Street and Front Street, Burnaby Street between Church Street and Front Street and Queen Street between Reid Street and Front Street.

Cars will not be allowed to enter or leave any of the Front Street car parks between 7.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. but spectators will be able to use the car parks at City Hall, Bulls Head and Par-La-Ville Road.

Crow Lane from the north roundabout to the City of Hamilton's eastern boundary on Front Street will be closed between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. as will Spurlings Hill from Crow Lane to Reid Street.

Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. there will be no parking of any vehicle on Crow Lane from the north roundabout to the city of Hamilton's eastern boundary on Front Street and on Spurling Hill from Crow Lane to Ried Street.

A section of Hamilton Harbour between Albouys Point and White's Island will be closed to normal marine traffic tomorrow and on October 6 between 7.30 a.m.

and 9 a.m. Marshalls will be patrolling this area and all water users are required to keep clear of this area. If they are in its vicinity they are to exercise caution.

TRI-ING TIME -- Tomorrow's team triathlon course in Hamilton. Roads will be closed for most of the morning for the event, which takes place between 8 a.m.

and 11 a.m. The individual triathlon takes place on October 6.
