from driving yesterday after driving while under the influence of drink.

Christopher Brown, 29, was stopped by Police early on September 7 on Scaur Hill, Somerset after they noticed his livery cycle swerving.

Brown took an alco-analyser test at Hamilton Police Station which showed he was more than double the legal drink drive limit.

Brown was also fined $400 after pleading guilty to the offence.
