Mrs. Justice Wade Miller will serve a three-year term as President.
In her acceptance speech, she stressed the importance of an "independent and watchful judiciary" in democracy, and encouraged CMJA members to learn from their shared experience.
She had previously served as the head of the Caribbean Regional Section of the organisation.
