Club I to a 5-1 victory over Sandys Boat Club in latest Snooker League action.
The victory moved OCC into the First Divison top spot, one point ahead of clubmates OCC II and two in front of Watford Sports Club I.
In other First Division action, OCC II and Watford played to a 3-3 tie while Warwick WC downed Queens Club 4-2.
In the Second Division, Tony Dawson notched his first win of the season as OCC V slammed Spanish Point Boat Club 6-0.
OCC III went down to OCC IV 4-2 despite Dave Lampitt's surprise 56-1 hammering of Henry Kaye, and Queens Club were 4-2 winners over National Sports Club.
In the annual turkey shoot for high break, Paul Charleton racked up 27 to pip Greg Falzone (26) by one. Nationals' Jimmy Tatem won the Second Division turkey with a break of 14.
ATHLETICS ATH Bermuda Track and Field Association and the visiting Austrian track team will hold a junior meet at National Stadium tomorrow, starting at 2.00 p.m.
The event will see students competing in three age categories, nine to 12, 12 to 15 and 15 to 17 in the 100 metres and 4x100 and 4x400 metres relay.
Another meet is scheduled for next Sunday at National Stadium when the best of the Island's school athletes will join Bermudian college and university students in a meet with the Austrians.
Three clinics hosted so far by the Austrians have attracted some 160 youngsters.
GOLF GLF The Cable and Wireless annual Golf Classic will be held at Ocean View on December 27 and 28. Entry forms are available at the club's pro shop. Entries close on December 17.
The two-day strokeplay tournament will offer prizes for the both leading net and gross scores.
