captive management company that also is a wholesale broker with excess liability carriers ACE Insurance Company, Limited and XL Insurance Company Limited.

The company will change its name to Aon Risk Services Limited and form a new company Aon Reinsurance Ltd., and place business with the new reinsurance companies, such as LaSalle Reinsurance Company Ltd., Global Capital Reinsurance Limited and Mid Ocean Reinsurance Company Ltd.

Chairman and CEO, Mr. Robin Spencer-Arscott said that the company will be looking to take on more staff.

He said: "We have 40 staff now. That we hope to increase. We're looking for two or three on the reinsurance broking side. We are also looking to hire more on the captive management side too, but we're not pushed at the moment.

"We will want the right people. We have already hired two fairly senior people from Marsh McClennan on the wholesale broking side.'' The company is positioning itself to take advantage of an apparent upswing in business such as wholesale broking and captive management, as well as the new field they are moving into, reinsurance broking.

Rollins Hudig Hall (Bermuda) Limited, under its new name will also soon make a physical move from its current domicile in Cumberland House to Craig Appin House.
