Police are investigating a reported breaking and entering at a Smith's home on Saturday.

The owner of the house on Holly Lane told Police that some time between 2.40 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. an unknown culprit gained entry into the house and stole several items of jewellery and a cell phone.

Inquiries into the incident are underway.
