Delta Air Lines will cut its flights to Bermuda from New York's LaGuardia Airport to three days a week as a result of the global economic crisis.

The Department of Airport Operations yesterday announced that, from June, Delta Air Lines will fly to the Island on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

For America's Memorial Day weekend only, the flight will operate on Friday, May 22, and Monday, May 25. Schedules may change throughout the summer on select dates.
