100 Days – By the numbers
Almost 6,000 pounds have been lost as the Live Healthy Bermuda 100 Day Challenge enters its final third.
With 35 days left, participants have logged almost 29,718 hours of activity or have walked the equivalent of 118,875 miles.
A battle is also brewing between the top teams, which include Losing2Win, The Golden Girls and Fourplay in the first three spots.
Losing2Win tops the charts with each participant losing almost 8.36 percent of their weight.
Terry Faulkenberry of Aspen Insurance, one of the partners in the Live Healthy Bermuda challenge, said they were all proud of the results. He said: "We want to congratulate everyone who is still participating and encourage them to keep up the great effort they've shown so far.
"The finish line is in sight and the competition is close, so we expect an exciting finish. Many people have reached and exceeded the goals they set at the beginning of the challenge but there is still plenty of time.
"We have heard great team work stories and believe the support of the community has certainly helped.
"So if you know someone who is participating in the Live Healthy Bermuda challenge, encourage them to keep up the great work."
