Mr. Jay Ralph, who joined Centre Reinsurance (Bermuda) Ltd. in July, 1991 is now that company's president.

Mr. David A. Brown, who joined Centre Re in January 1993 as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, now serves the corporate group as executive vice president of Centre Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. while Mr. Bruce Bunner, who has served as chairman of Centre Reinsurance Company of New York since January 1991, now holds the position of director of external affairs at Zurich Centre Investments Ltd., the holding company of the Centre Re companies.

The operating structure of Centre Re remains unchanged as the presidents of each of the reinsurance operations continue to report to Mr. Michael Palm, president and CEO of Centre Reinsurance Holdings Ltd.

"Over the past several years, Centre Re has established itself an outstanding record of growth and profitability,'' said Mr. Palm. "This is due, in large part, to our extraordinary management resources. The promotions announced today will help us maintain the level of leadership that has made centre Re successful.'' Other senior promotions include; Mr. Joel Klaassen, promoted to senior vice president at Centre Reinsurance Company of New York, with overall responsibility for the group's taxes, Mr. Daniel Malloy, promoted to senior vice president of business development at Centre Reinsurance (Bermuda) Ltd., and Mr. Terence Wheatley, promoted to senior vice president of the London-based Centre Reinsurance Representatives.

Other members of Centre Re's senior management include; Mr. David Wasserman, president of Centre Reinsurance Company of New York, and Mr. Michael Hamer, president of Centre Reinsurance International in Dublin.

Centre Re provides reinsurance, insurance and finite risk management products and is a member of the Zurich Insurance Group.
