The firm, which is one of the leading companies of independent reinsurance consultants in the London market, has formed a US subsidiary based in New York, with Mr. Julian T. Ward as president.

A Chicago office, through an alliance with Mr. Evan D. Bennett, president of Bennett Reinsurance Consultants, has also been established. Locally, RS&P is represented by Mr. Bill Storie, who has his own reinsurance consultancy, William R. Storie and Co. Ltd.

RS&P (Bermuda), through its international network of offices, provides reinsurance audit services, litigation support in respect of reinsurance problems, collection of reinsurance balances, forensic reinsurance accounting and negotiation services on commutations.

A full range of run-off services, including administrative management is now also offered.

The opening of the New York and Chicago offices introduces a wider range of services within the US in such areas as environmental claims, professional liability, surety, financial bonding and underlying claims analysis.
