Allied World Assurance Company Holdings yesterday announced four officer-level promotions at the Swiss re/insurer’s Bermuda office.Rachael Ashford was promoted from senior underwriter to assistant vice-president, specialty reinsurance, pending Bermuda Immigration approval. Ms Ashford joined Allied World in April 2005 as an underwriting assistant, supporting the General Casualty Reinsurance and International Treaty businesses.Joyce Duarte was promoted from assistant vice-president to vice-president, professional liability. She joined Allied World in April 2002 as a junior underwriter, professional liability.Jessica Lindo was promoted from Senior Underwriter to assistant vice-president, professional liability. Ms Lindo joined Allied World in June 2003 as an underwriting assistant.Paul Manguson was promoted from vice-president to senior vice-president, trade credit, pending Bermuda Immigration approval. He joined Allied World in September 2003 as assistant vice-president, professional liability.
