A 37-year-old Pembroke man was fined $800 yesterday after pleading guilty to cannabis possession.Jamel Samuels was found with the drug after police officers noticed him holding a plastic bag.Prosecutor Garrett Byrne told the court Samuels was seen discarding the plastic bag as officers approached him in Pembroke on March 19 this year.
