July 30, 2013Dear SirEvery day I walk by the ferry terminal and I see the boats as they dock. Why is it that the thrusters on the largest ferries are kept at full throttle while the boat is in its berth? I cannot imagine the amount of money that is lost in wasted fuel when a rope wrapped around a bollard would do the job for free. Mr Finance Minister, go ahead ... take the Transport Minister down and watch this with your own eyes.
