July 20, 2013Dear Sir,I feel that the staff at the present Continuing Care Unit, should be moved over into another wing, and all seniors who were originally housed at the 90-year-old unit also moved. The unit should then be demolished with the hope that the new wing, once completed, houses both the patients while staff members get to work in the same area. Nobody loses their job and the only new thing is getting familiarised with new facility. I’m sure it shouldn’t be that much of an issue if this all goes, in the manner I’m thinking of. The end result should be simple: Old CCU demolished and patients housed elsewhere with staff members, still holding their job positions.A PERFECT SOLUTIONDevonshire
