Police are investigating a burglary at a Devonshire residence on Sunday night. A woman was reportedly assaulted during the burglary by two intruders, who escaped before police arrived.She was sent home after being assessed at the hospital.Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious individuals, vehicles or activity in the Foothills Road, Devonshire area during the early mornig hours of Sunday to contact PC Helen McHugh on 295-0011.
