Charges against a Smith’s man accused of importing cannabis have been stayed by the Supreme Court.Cordell Samuels, 32, had been charged with importing cannabis between an unknown date and February 27, 2011.Puisne Judge Charles-Etta Simmons ordered the charge against Mr Samuels be stayed. As a result, the matter against Mr Samuels will not proceed.
