March 14, 2013Dear Sir,I was disappointed when Government cut the rock face sides off of the Harrington Sound Road just west of Shark Hole. I was more dismayed when I saw the similar markings and tree clearance on the high rock cut on North Shore Road just west of Flatts village today. These narrower sections of road force drivers to slow down to somewhere closer to the speed limit. Cutting down rock faces that have been in place for decades and widening roads will only encourage drivers to speed. What sort of message is this new Government sending? Why are we wasting money we don’t have doing something that will inevitably result in a speeding collision. I had hoped the One Bermuda Alliance would be more sensibleLET THEM GO FASTERPembroke
