January 30, 2013Dear Sir,I'd like to encourage all of Bermuda to go out to dinner during Restaurant Week (21 January 21 to February 16). In addition to supporting this valuable industry, this programme gives us an opportunity to try different restaurants during these wet, cold winter evenings. Last night, we took a visiting friend from New York to the dining room at the Grotto Bay Hotel. The food was delicious and artistically presented. The staff were charming and at all times attentive to our table. The decor and ambience were pleasant, the parking was easy and the special Restaurant Week menu even included a glass of wine. Congratulations to whoever came up with this idea and a big thank you to the hard working staff of our restaurants. For a small Island, our restaurants do well. Let's encourage them!IMPRESSEDHamilton
