November 19, 2012Dear Sir,I cannot vote because I will be abroad from December 7 until early January. I only found out last Saturday that advanced polling is on December 12 and 13 (only five days before the election). Time for a change! Indeed! This is so unfair for people who are travelling for personal reasons or for business. During the last federal elections in Canada — which were held on May 2, 2011 — advanced polling started on April 22 (11 days prior to the election). Why can’t we do the same in Bermuda as we have the same electoral system? I am utterly disappointed and feel completely disenfranchised.GHISLAINE LEMAYDevonshire
