Runners hoping to compete in the Bermuda Marathon Weekend’s KMPG Bermuda Invitational Front Street Mile races need to register by next Friday for the time trials on November 30.No late entries will be accepted after November 22.The trials take place at the National Sports Centre, starting at 6pm, with primary, middle, and senior students as well as local adults running to be among the fastest in their category in order to qualify for the showpiece races in January.Competitors can register online at www.bermudatiming.bm. Entry forms are also available at all schools and can be dropped off at The Sportseller, Washington Mall, before 4.30pm on Friday November 22.n Race Five in the cross-country series will be held this morning at the Botanical Gardens, starting at 8.30.n Tomorrow sees the 41st running of the Bermuda Half-Marathon, starting and finishing at the Botanical Gardens on South Shore (8am). A 10K event will be run in conjunction with the half-marathon.
