Police are appealing for the public’s help in finding 16-year-old Kawesi Smith, of Devonshire.Fair skinned with brown hair, and described as five ft nine in tall and 129 pounds, he was last seen around 9pm on Thursday in Devonshire, wearing a white T-shirt and dark jeans.Anyone with information is asked to call the Vulnerable Persons Unit, at 295-0011.
