January 13, 2012Dear Sir,Yesterday, January 12, I had to go for a procedure in the Surgical Outpatients Unit at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. Being a nurse myself, I was very apprehensive but was immediately put at ease with all the kindness of all the staff starting at the Registration Unit right through to my discharge, especially enjoying my cup of tea and biscuits!
