July 8, 2011Dear Sir,I have been on the island for over 20 years, clean record, and classed as key personnel. Contributing to the island on all levels, I fell short by a couple of weeks of PRC. Yet they are now going to hand it out to CEOs, spouses, and family. How is this fair or humane? If this happens it is a disgrace!HUMAN RIGHTS?Devonshire
