April 12, 2011Dear Sir,I followed a dark coloured SUV with a spare tire on the back. I can’t for the life of me understand why anyone needs such a big vehicle, but I digress. I could see the head and shoulders of a “little person”, possibly in the back seat of the car. I would have to guess that this young one was not in a legal car seat if I could see that much of the body. Children are a blessing from God, and I am sure that the driver of that car would have been devastated if they had to stop quite quickly and that young one went catapulting through the windshield. I would like to think that maybe this was just a lapse in memory. But if it wasn’t then this little child is in jeopardy as we speak. Many thanks for your time and space.JANET SMITHSt. Georges
