My role is to ensure five-star service and a memorable guest experience at the Rosewood Tucker’s Point Beach Club for our members and guests in addition to managing the day to day main hotel pools operation.What is your favourite part of the job? I love the diversity of my job. Taking opportunities to meet different people from all different backgrounds while ensuring to build relationships with our hotel guest and club members and providing them with memorable experiences.What is your least favourite part of the job? When it rains. Both the guests and I are disappointed. They are unable to experience the five-star beach and pool experience they had hoped for.What is your most interesting experience at work? Representing Rosewood Tucker’s Point at the recent job fair. The overwhelming response for the hospitality industry was an eye opener.What would you be doing otherwise?
