The National Office for Seniors and the Physically Challenged is to hold a conference on ageing next week.The discussion is intended to start off a Government strategy on ageing. Panelists include Premier Paula Cox, Health Minister Zane DeSilva, former Senator and Social Services director Norma Astwood, Health permanent secretary Kevin Monkman, World Bank economist Daniel Cotlear and regional advisor on aging and health Enrique Vega Garcia. Admission to the conference is by invitation only.It will air Monday and Tuesday on 1450 AM Gold, from 9am to noon.
