A man was taken to hospital with head injuries following an accident near Somersfield Academy yesterday.The two-vehicle collision caused traffic delays along Middle Road in Devonshire, near Chaingate Hill.According to police, the accident happened around 4.20pm.“It appears that a car and a motorcycle collided. As a result the motorcyclist [was] taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with head injuries.”
