Bermuda Cricket Umpires Association (BCUA) president, Wali Manders, has confirmed local umpires Richard Austin and Anthony Fubler have been promoted to the ICC A and B Panel of umpires.

Austin is a two-time Umpire of the Year Award winner while former Willow Cuts cricketer Fubler is also considered as one of the Island’s leading umpires.

“Richard has been appointed to the A Panel while Anthony has been appointed to the B Panel,” Manders confirmed.

Manders and colleagues George Francis and Randall Butler all stood down from the ICC A Panel earlier this year.
