Woman gave false name to Police

A 21-year-old woman who gave a false name when stopped for speeding, was fined $900 in Magistrates' Court.
Maryann Rasheed admitted to Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner that she used the name Dameka Gibbons when caught speeding at 75 kph.
The Warwick woman received a $500 fine for using a false name, $400 for speeding and seven demerit points.
