Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. fell 10 percent (50 cents) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The transportation company traded 400 shares to close at $4.50.

The Ascendant Group Ltd. also dropped 3.37 percent (49 cents) to $14.01, as 4,600 shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank, meanwhile, transacted 33,300 shares to close at $1.50.

Overall the Index ended the day down 6.48 points (0.5 1percent) at 1,270.35, with 38,300 shares worth $116,387 traded.

The BSX Insurance Index dipped three points (0.3 percent) at 990.
