The compost facility at Marsh Folly will operate under extended hours this week.

The Ministry of Works and Engineering announced yesterday that the move was intended to assist the public in its post Hurricane Igor clean-up.

The facility will stay open to accept horticultural waste until 6 p.m. today and 4 p.m. tomorrow.

Disposal fees will be waived for the period.
