Stephen Lee, 20, was killed in January 2007 after his motorcycle collided with a car on North Shore Road.

Miss Looby said: "This accident, for me, is one of the hardest to deal with because Stephen was like Maya, somebody I've grown up with from birth. He lived right down the whole same street as me. His father and my father are good friends. We went to the same church together.

"I remember that day, hearing in the morning that he had just ... I just remember not even responding. His cousin is my boyfriend. He was sat next to me. He doesn't get too emotional, he was like: 'Stephen died. My cousin Stephen.'

"I called my best friend Kim. From there, I remember breaking down. That afternoon, I went to see his mom and dad. It's hard to even see his father now. He would say: 'Stop by the house,' but ... it's not because I don't want to but you know I'm going to walk in Stephen's house and he's not going to be there."
