BLDC names 10 companies to operate from Southside
The Bermuda Land Development Company this week announced that ten companies have recently signed agreements to operate their businesses at Southside, St.
David's, the former US Navy base. They include: Review Worldwide , which will lease space in Triton House to manage www.reviewstore.com. It was among the first firms to set up a server operation at TBI's E-commerce Centre at Southside.
Fort Knox Bermuda Ltd. will be in the old avionics building providing document storage, IT facilities, and something called business continuity management.
Floyd Jenning's is setting up a car valet service for Airport users from a Ships Wharf building. He will offer vehicle pick-up and deliveries and light maintenance services.
Atlantic Imports , a food wholesaler, which will operate a warehouse from Ships Wharf.
Grandview Tent Rentals is using space in an old admin building for storage.
Gregory Fox opened an auto and marine service business in the industrial park area.
Foran Specialties Ltd. , a wholesale distributor of ad materials, furnishings, equipment for hospitals and schools is setting up a warehousing operation at Ship's Wharf.
Central Filing , a data storage company, has expanded its warehouse at Ships Wharf.
Terence Douglas and Eldon Ray have signed a lease for the 400-seat movie theatre. Pending renovations and permits, The Southside Cinema is set to open in February.
Smith & Sergeant is moving its storage operations from Mills Creek to Southside industrial park.
