What is your job? Dealing with customer queries, setting up accounts, taking payments, meeting deadlines for all customer demands (everyone wants lights).

What is your favourite part of the job? Meeting new people and knowing I can help make a difference to help someone.

What is your least favourite part of the job? Irate customer's those who don't care why there bill is high it is always Belco's fault.

What is your most interesting experience at work? Having customer's come to my desk just for candy's and to congratulate me on a job well done.
