Role: Supervisor Banking Operations, Capital G Bank

What is your job? Supervise the day to day running of the banking ops department which plays a role in local/international money transfers, account/CD maintenance, document control, and statements among various other duties. Ensuring accurate and timely processing for both our internal and external clients continues to be a goal for us as a department and myself personally.

What is your favourite part of the job? Investigations. I have always loved a good mystery novel and resolving any problems that may arise helps me feel fulfilled in my job.

What is your least favourite part of the job? There really isn't a part that I don't like. The challenges of the job keep it interesting.

What is you most interesting experience at work? Working with a diverse group of individuals. There isn't a day that goes by where someone makes you smile, even when you don't want to.

What would you be doing otherwise? I always wanted to get into banking. But if I didn't take this route, I would be on my way to owning my own restaurant.
