Non-profit organisations are being urged to contact the Department of Health to update their details.

The department needs the current information for all charities which provide a service to children, seniors and the disabled. Staff are compiling the Directory of Services for 2010/11, which will be published online and made available to the public free of charge.

The Health Department is asking organisations to contact the Health Promotion Office to fill out the necessary form and to return it as soon as possible.

A Government spokeswoman said: "The 2010/11 Directory serves as a valuable and comprehensive resource for the community.

"All Government agencies and registered charities that provide ongoing direct helping services are eligible for inclusion."

All forms must be returned to the Health Promotion Office by Monday.
