A lawyer for the family of gun suspect Omari Gordon last night issued a plea for him to call home.

The attorney, who asked not to be named, told The Royal Gazette lawyers were making themselves available to Gordon in the hope that his flight from the law could end peacefully.

They want the suspect to get in touch with his family to provide a telephone number at which the family lawyer can contact him.

Gordon has been on the run since allegedly shooting at Police following a chase across the back of town in the early hours of last Saturday. He disappeared in the Middletown area and is believed to be being harboured by friends or relatives.
