Robin Hood extended their lead at the top of the First Division table with a convincing win over Ireland Rangers at Somerset Cricket Club last night.

Striker Steven Simons opened the scoring after ten minutes from the penalty spot and then added a second midway through the second half with a strike from 20 yards out.

Late on, Hood's creative midfielder Keith Beach scored his team's third goal.

Hood are now unbeaten in 11 league games this season and five points ahead of second place St.George's who have a game in-hand.

MR Onions 4

Keston Lewis scored on his debut for MR Onions against Paget Lions at Somerset Cricket Club.

Lewis signed for Onions from PHC at the start of the season but has only recently returned from a foot injury.

Onions scored three first half goals through Simon Gregory, Kevin Ronaldson and Lewis.

Striker Ronaldson scored his second of the match after the interval.

Onions are fourth in the league table with 22 points from 11 games.
