Bermuda’s popular City Market will move to the City Hall car park in the New Year.

A date has not yet been set but Mayor Charles Gosling said he hoped the move would bring more residents to Hamilton early on Saturday morning.

“It is a very popular event,” he said yesterday. “And we hope that after people buy things at the market they will stay in the city and go to other shops.”
