A 41-year-old man has been charged with drink-driving and refusal to take a breath test.Chris Furbert Jr pleaded not guilty to the charges at Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.It alleged Mr Furbert was caught drink-driving in St George’s on July 31 and later refused to take a breath test.Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe adjourned the case until March 16 and released Mr Furbert, from Southampton, on $500 bail.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding court cases.
