Through a distance-education course, students will be able to take around twenty degree courses, including Business, Management, Accounting and Criminal Justice.
In total, the funds will provide up to 20 students from Bermuda and the Caribbean with a full-year scholarship.
President of the EFA John Evans said: We want to empower residents of the Caribbean from all walks of life to earn a degree that will help them advance personally and professionally.
"We will consider candidates who have proven themselves academically or through their work experience and also demonstrate a financial need."
