A story in yesterday's newspaper incorrectly stated that Premier Dr. Ewart Brown was born in 1947. He was born in 1946. In the same story, it was stated that Dr. Brown was Bermuda's first Minister of Transport. In fact, he was the first Progressive Labour Party Minister of Transport.

A story in Monday's newspaper stated that David Godwin was shot while walking outside Art Mel's Spicy Dicy restaurant on St. Monica's Road, Pembroke. Mr. Godwin was not outside the restaurant but at the junction of Marsh Folly Road and St. Monica's Road.
